About
Supermarket Sarah is a creative studio founded by Sarah Bagner which creates extra ordinary spaces and workshops. Supermarket Sarah has created spaces with leading brands including Selfridges, John Lewis, Monki, and Topshop working with talents and artists including Camille Walala, Donna Wilson, Bethan Wood, Rob Ryan and Kirstie Allsopp.
The concept started when Sarah started a web store from her very own living room wall, with items you could “click and buy” from. The idea soon spread into bars, galleries and shopping centres. Namely, Supermarket Sarah created a 30 foot high wall in Selfridges London’s concept store and a concession in their giftware department.
Directed by Sarah the brand has created the Monki Windows for their Spring/Summer campaign worldwide and “Room” at John Lewis Oxford Street launched their new interiors department. Events have been sponsored by Campari, Crate Brewery and Luc Belaire. Supermarket Sarah has been featured in a wide variety of press including Elle Decoration, Time Out, Grazia, You Magazine, Red Magazine, Psychologies, BBC news.
Sarah has published two design books showcasing extraordinary home spaces around the world. Sarah's debut interiors book -"Wonder Walls, Supermarket Sarah's Guide to Display", was published by Cico Books and has been translated into 3 languages. East London Homes, was published by Hoxton Mini Press and was voted in the top three coffee table books of the year in Elle Decoration.

Sarah’s parents are Swedish, but she was brought up in London. Her aesthetic is inspired by Swedish folk and simplicity with a British eccentric twist.
